I have been bringing my pets to this Western Avenue location for at least 25 years.  When I started my own family I continued to take my pets there.  In the last 10 years, Morristown Animal Hospital has given the utmost care, compassion and love to our pets.  They have dealt with some pretty crazy pet moments with grace, skill and heart.  The staff came back into the office one night when my cat fell ill.  They stayed with me while he passed.  The entire staff sat with me when my Labrador died from cancer and they all cried right along with me.  When I found an abandoned baby squirrel, they took it from me and raised it.  Currently, my three Bernese Mountain Dogs are under their excellent care.  They have always been available, kind and helpful.  When our latest cat escaped out of my car and into the woods behind the office, the staff was all out there trying to catch him.  We did finally catch him and they were so nice after spending an hour in the woods.  I have never had a problem getting an appointment.  Every procedure is explained with tons of patience and detail.  A follow up call is always made.  Morristown Animal Hospital always keeps us informed when the animals need shots and appointments.  The animals have always been very well taken care of when they board at the kennel.  My pets never dread going to the vet.  They know the staff and they are glad to see them.  I have recommended Morristown Animal Hospital to anyone looking for a vet.  They are the only place to go in my opinion.

Dr. David Matalon and his staff at Morristown Animal Hospital treat our pets like the treasured family members they are.  We have been pet owners for many years and have experienced other veterinary practices, but none have come close to the level of professional, knowledgeable, yet compassionate care provided by this practice.  The entire staff is friendly and welcoming, and all are obvious animal lovers!  The doctors all deliver expert care with such kindness.  Our sweet Maltese mix, Lily, has been nursed through two serious illnesses and several surgeries, once over a Thanksgiving weekend, and another time during Christmas.  Even through the holidays, the doctors kept in touch with us and we never felt we were on our own.  In fact, Dr. Dave took Lily home with him after one surgery, when she needed overnight care, during a raging snowstorm…now that’s devotion!  Pets give us so much pleasure and unconditional love, we owe it to them to provide the best care we can.  We believe the best medical care can be found at Morristown Animal Hospital!

Our Labrador retriever, Gus, is a regular at Morristown Animal Hospital.  He loves everybody that works there.  Over his eleven years, they’ve treated him for ailments large and small and saved his life on more than one occasion.  We think he must appreciate this because even though he knows he’s going to get poked and prodded, he’s always overjoyed to walk through the door and see all of his friends.

Our family’s relationship with Morristown Animal Hospital goes back to 1995 with our first cat, Miss Bean.  Since then, we’ve added Gus and two other cats, Harry and Sally.  All have gone to Morristown Animal Hospital for both veterinary care and boarding.  The veterinarians and staff there are wonderful.  They’ve seen our pets through countless injuries and ailments – from regular vaccinations, numerous cat fight injuries, the diagnosis of Gus’ Addisons Disease and the untimely death of Miss Bean.  Through it all, our pets are extremely important to us – they are truly part of our family and we would never consider taking them anywhere else.

            Morristown Animal Hospital is THE BEST.  They saved my 14 year old Meggie’s life 5 years ago and helped me have patience when I brought an 8 week old companion into our home last year.  Without Dr. Kearns, Alicia, Laura and all the staff I’d likely not have my wonderful Meggie and Mollie today.  The staff is competent, professional, friendly and always go the extra mile for you and your pets.  The facility is clean, the hours are convenient for even the busiest of schedules and I have total trust in how they care for my dogs and my dogs love them too!

            Our family has had a relationship with Morristown Animal Hospital for the past fifteen years.

The staff there, have cared for our dogs, Molly (an older Labrador, who recently passed away), and Beni, a puppy.  Not only did the doctors save Molly’s life by performing emergency surgery, but they and all the staff took amazing care of her through a difficult illness.  Every staff member provides care with the utmost skill, respect, compassion and friendliness.

I have been going to the Morristown Animal Hospital for over 20 years and have always had exceptional care for my babies.  The staff is always very accommodating.  Years ago, they even met me at the hospital late on a Sunday night when my dog was hit by a car.  Now my dog has a rare autoimmune disease and all the doctors at Morristown Animal Hospital collaborated to figure out what was wrong and what the proper treatment would be.  The doctors and staff all know us well now – I wouldn’t trust my “babies” to anyone else!
